Introduction
In 2019 a new award was introduced to recognise those who have given outstanding service to the Royal Cornwall Show or to the Royal Cornwall Agricultural Association over often very long periods.
The show could not be the huge success it is today without the untiring support and loyalty of a great number of people who are often the ‘unsung heroes’ behind the scenes.
Up to three awards per year will be given and nominations are sought for those people who are felt to be worthy recipients of such recognition and we would ask that those being nominated are NOT made aware that they are being put forward.
The awards panel reserves the right to carry forward any suitable nominations to a future year should they feel it appropriate.
Awards Programme
May 1st 2022 - Closing date for nominations for an award.
May 2022 - An awards panel will consider the nominations made.
June 2022 - The awards will be presented at the Royal Cornwall Show.
