Long Service Awards

Each year at the Royal Cornwall Show, Long Service Awards are made to individuals who have completed a minimum of 40 years in agricultural employment, either with one employer or on one farm.

Regulations

The period of employment (including years on active service)

1. must be no less than 40 years.
   
   
2. Applicant to be in regular employment at the time of application.
   
   
3. Employment to be completed with the same employer (father, son, nephew or grandson to be calculated as one employer) or on the same farm within Cornwall or the Isles of Scilly.

The application must be completed and returned not less than six weeks prior to the Royal Cornwall Show.
