Duke of Cornwall's Award

£1,000 cash prize on offer in farm diversification competition

Innovation and diversification within the agricultural industry will be recognised in the 2023 edition of the Duke of Cornwall’s Award.

The award is open to farms based in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly who have developed successful diversification enterprises alongside their core agricultural activities.

The winner of the coveted award in 2023 will receive a signed certificate and a £1,000 prize provided by His Royal Highness The Duke of Cornwall. 

The award, first made in 2007, aims to encourage and celebrate successful farm-based diversification businesses. Previous award winners have included a thatcher, bakery, sewing enterprise, farm-based education service, cheese producer, manufacturer and an event venue.
