RAF Police Dog Display Team
The main ring display by RAF police dogs and their handlers this year is a real team effort.
With the run-down happening at RAF St Mawgan, there were no dogs available to form the core of a team.
So six dogs from other stations will be brought together especially for the show – along with their handlers. And it is all a voluntary effort.
Everyone involved is putting the show together and performing in their spare time.
A top-class show is guaranteed but when the dogs are not used to working together, it takes time to get it right.
The dogs and their handlers are great favourites in the main ring. For us, it’s entertainment. But there’s a serious side to this business as well.
All will revealed in the live commentary.
