Throughout the year, the Royal Cornwall Show maintains a professional media service. In the build up to the annual show, news and pictures are distributed to the local news media and to national and special-interest publications.

During the show a modern media office - equipped with phones, fax, email, photo-copier and a constant supply of tea, coffee and biscuits - gives photographers and journalists a comfortable and well equipped space in which to work.

The office is staffed at all times and every effort is made to respond to the media's needs. A live, computerised results service - fed to the RCS web site - is also operated by the media team.
