It's all action in the BBC Radio Cornwall Show Theatre.

There are competitions to enter and you will have a chance to meet the people behind the voices on the radio.

More than that - the BBC Radio Cornwall Show Theatre is somewhere you can sit comfortably for a while before heading back out into the showground.

At this year's Royal Cornwall Show we have the amazing Flava and Sweet Flava plus the UK Hip Hop Champions from the Fiona Richardson Dance Company.

You can also listen to live music from cabaret artist Natalie Buswell performing with the BBC Radio Cornwall Band. There's also a chance to learn Zumba, the new dance craze from America plus you try your hand at some fun science experiments, chat to your favourite BBC Radio Cornwall presenters and find out what goes on behind the scenes at the radio station.
